.PROCESSING TIME

All items are made in Tasmania.  Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to be prepared before dispatch.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once dispatched, approximate delivery times are as follows:

Standard shipping  Australia Post - 3-7 business days within Australia. (regional areas may take longer).

Express shipping Australia Post - 1-3 business days within Australia. (regional areas may take longer).

International shipping - 7-21 business days depending on destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout,  & depends on weight and destination of order.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a "tracking number: via email or text message to monitor your package's journey.

We currently ship to Australis & selected international destinations.  If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for shipping options.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We take great care in packaging your order.  However if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with 7 days of delivery.  We will work with  you to replace the item or issue a refund.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

International shipments may be subject to custom fees, taxes or import duties of the destination country.  These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
